In our QA engagements we typically report to the Steering Committee and work as an integrated part of the program. Most of the times, we also act as a guidance council for your program or project management.
Depending on the scope of the Quality Assurance work, we analyze the true status of the project, we analyze performance of external consultants and internal team members, we review if milestones are met or any deliverable meets a set of quality standards. We take an active part in the on-boarding of consultants or internal project team members, etc. - Our QA assignments range from a part time QA consultant to a fully staffed QA team for the entire duration of the project.  Another way of getting insight into what is really going on in your SAP initiative is to engage Enowa QA consultants in a project audit. A typical audit ranges from a view days to two weeks on-site where we review the project status. We usually assess team performance, review project plans, test plans, cut-over plans, training plans, documentation of configuration, end-user documentation, system settings, etc. – The focus of the review depends on where you are in the project life cycle. At the end of the audit we deliver a written report and present our findings typically to the Steering Committee and the project management. Utilizing the Reverse Business Engineering tool RBE Plus™ from IBIS, we are capable to anlyze the usage of your system. With this approach, we can identify what business processes are actively used. Comprehensive reports will allow for analysis of the actual use of SAP standard and custom transactions and reports. We identify areas for business process improvement and offer insight into untapped potential of the SAP software. The Reverse Business Engineering approach also provides help with standardization and upgrade initiatives, business process benchmarking and clean up of unused custom code reducing the risk of running SAP. |
